Learn to dive deeper safely with Manta Lodge.  As Brisbane's' only SSI Technical facility our instructors specialize in teaching deep diving techniques.  In your SSI deep diving course you'll learn how to safely plan and conduct dives to a maximum depth of 40m utilizing optimized nitrox mixes.

Prerequisites:

  • Min age 15yrs old

  • Tanks/weights
  • Nitrox fills (membrane only)
  • 4 boat dives
  • Deep and Nitrox certifications
Exclusions:
  • Dive gear
  • Accommodation
Equipment requirements
  • Deployable smb.  We recommend the Halcyon 1.0m closed circuit smb
  • Finger spool/Reel.  FREE HALCYON SMB/REEL INCLUDED WITH THE COURSE!
Schedule:
  • Day 1 - Theory, Dives 1&2
  • Day 2 - Dives 3&4
Qualification

Upon certification, divers will be qualified to conduct non-decompression dives to a maximum depth of 40m using optimized nitrox mixes up to 40% oxygen to maximize bottom time.
