The SSI Extended Range Foundations program provides you with a workshop environment to improve your dive skills to a high level using a Total Diving System and procedures.

This program provides the knowledge and experience required to independently plan and conduct limited decompression dives to a maximum depth of 40 meters, using nitrox mixtures up to 50%.

Extended Range course
The Extended Range course introduces you to the realm of accelerated decompression diving. After this course you will be qualified to dive to a depth of 45 metres and use nitrox mixtures of up to 100%.

Learn to utilise helium-based gases to manage narcosis on technical dives in the 30-45m depth range

SSI Technical Extended Range course
The Technical Extended Range course is your next step in technical training. After this course you will be qualified to dive to a depth of 50 metres on air and conduct multi-stage dives with unlimited decompression.

This program allows limited penetration into wrecks with an overhead environment.

The SSI CCR Extended Range Trimix program builds upon skills and techniques learned as a basic rebreather diver/open circuit technical diver by increasing depth, duration, introducing decompression, and adding more complex skills.
